Gbp-Pq: Name debian-opt.diff

libreoffice (4:26.2.3.2-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * 26.2.3 rc2 == final

  * upload to unstable

  * debian/patches/gcc16-dragonbox-snapshot-check.diff: remove, not strictly
    needed and stuck upstream anyway, the current workaround works and it's
    an autoconf bug anyway

  * debian/patches/add-access2base-doc.diff,
    debian/libreoffice-common.docs: remove ...
  * debian/control.in: .. and suggests/recommend access2base-doc where
    appropriate
  * debian/control.in:
    - make libreoffice-common provide (libreoffice-)access2base
    - make python3-access2base depend on libreoffice-access2base, too
      (see above)
  * debian/copyright: update
  * debian/rules:
    - revert "B-D on libdragonbox-dev (>= 1.1.3+git20230815) if building with
      gcc 16"
